On 3 March 2022, UNREC attended the UNCT meeting with the UNFPA USG/Executive Deputy Director, Ms. Diene KEITA who was on mission in Togo and was keen to get insights on possible joint UN engagement to address violent extremism in northern Togo and neighbouring countries based on respective comparative advantages of UNCT entities.
