Peace and Disarmament Education
Promoting a culture of peace and non-violence is at the heart of UNREC’s mission. The Centre’s peace and disarmament education initiatives aim to change societal attitudes toward arms proliferation and violence by educating the public about the benefits of disarmament and arms control. UNREC collaborates with educational institutions, civil society, and community groups to integrate disarmament education into school curricula and public outreach programs, empowering individuals to advocate for peace.
